Can I retrieve a list of messages that I have received?

Yes, from the Administration Panel of your account. Once logged in to your account, click on the ADMIN PANEL button in the top right-hand corner, and then choose the REPORTING left-hand menu option.

From the new page, select the report “Received by all users and applications” and the day or monthly period to report on.

A CSV file will then be downloaded to your desktop, enabling you to select, view and analyse the data. Data is provided on every message that you received during the chosen period, so the file might be quite large.
