How do I cancel and stop paying for my TextInbound number?

To cancel and stop paying for your TextInbound (SMS Long Number) you just need to drop us an email confirming that you would like to cancel the service, giving us one month’s notice. Please email us at [email protected].

Clicking on the CHANGE button next to your service in the TEXTINBOUND area of your online account does NOT cancel the service. Clicking on the CHANGE button detaches the application from your number, enabling you to reuse your number with a different application.

You cannot cancel and stop paying for your TextInbound long number service from within your online account.
