Yes, personalisation of any SMS campaign – large or small – goes a long way to building up customer loyalty and their preference to use your services over and above your competitors.
You can personalise your messages by simply including the contact’s preferred name within your SMS marketing campaign’s contact list.
By using our TextCampaign application you can then have their name automatically inserted within the body of the text message.
TextCampaign will ask you which columns of your data you want to use to personalise your message with. So, for example, if column A contains the name of the recipient then you just tell TextCampaign that this is the column you wish to use to personalise your SMS message with.
