How can I use inbound SMS services to engage with my customers?

TextAnywhere can provide you with both short code and long number inbound methods to enable your customers to engage with you:

1. Short Codes: A short code is a five digit number with an assigned keyword. This is great for marketing promotions where you would like the reader of your material to engage with you. 2. Long Numbers: You can also enable your customers to respond directly to you by texting in to your own dedicated mobile number.
